MariCal’s CaSR technology can improve life stage nutritional balancing & optimization supporting healthy gut development and nutrient absorption. Stimulation of CaSRs in gastrointestinal tract (G.I.) of animals especially weaning animals such as pigs produces increased growth of intestinal mucosa and improves nutrient utilization. Existing research data shows that changes in mucosa surface area result in increased energy utilization, feed efficiency/conversion, increased rate of gain, and lower feed cost/gain.
